ACRO SUP YOGA

Taking place at Katepwa Lake

This is going to be a fun two hour workshop. We will pair up and then take to the water! AcroYoga poses on the standup paddleboard is meant to be a fun and challenging morning working with partners on balance, strength (and some communication!) 

- This is for all levels of SUP and Yoga and includes board rental (limit 10 people)

Discover Foundation Training

Foundation Training is a movement practice designed to restore the body's natural order and put YOU at the centre of your health. It teaches your body how to properly support itself and move as nature intended. It uses a combination of powerful movements, intentional poses, and conscious breathing work to activate the muscles in your posterior chain. When practiced regularly, your pain diminishes, your resistance to injury increases, and your body comes to life. 

This is an on land 45 minute intro class (limit 8 people/class)
