SUP Yoga & Paddle Workshop
This 90 minute workshop is a combo SUP Lesson and SUP Yoga Class! Spend the first 45 minutes getting comfortable on the board with a mini Learn To SUP Lesson (going over safety, getting up on the board and basic paddle techniques) Then we paddle back to shore, pick up a yoga anchor and head back out to do a 45 minute SUP Yoga class.
