- SUP Fitness -
Spending time on the water is the only way to get better at paddling. PaddleFit gets your fitness (strength and endurance) and paddle technique dialled in at the same time. Each class will focus on paddling drills, strength exercises or paddling intervals. PaddleFit is an exciting fitness program, being outside and getting out on the water is tons of fun & a great workout!
Participants are recommended to take Learn to SUP prior to this class, or have basic SUP skills. Board rental is included. All fitness levels are encourage to join.

These 60 minute classes will run for 8 weeks this summer!!

Single session $80, 3 sessions $165, 5 sessions $240
