Queen City SUP is a family owned business focused on standup paddle boarding - it’s pretty much all we do.

Established in 2014 by Kristal McBain and Chris Bailey with the goal of spreading their passion for SUP with the Regina community.  Offering certified instruction, SUP Lessons, PaddleFit classes, SUP Yoga and tours as well as board rentals and sale

Chris Bailey - 1

Chris Bailey

Chris is co-owner of QC SUP, and acts as head instructor for most of the classes and lessons.  He is a Paddle Canada Advanced Flatwater Instructor and the only PaddleFit Pro Coach in Western Canada. He loves introducing new paddlers to his sport and has a passion for SUP racing.  When he is not out on the water (or thinking about being out on the water) he most enjoys playing with his two sons.

Kristal McBain

Kristal is co-owner of QC SUP. She splits her time in the summer with Yoga and SUP Yoga classes in Regina and at the QC SUP Hut. She is a Paddle Canada Basic SUP Instructor, RYT 200 certified Yoga Teacher, and SUP Yoga teacher. In the summer (when she isn't teaching on a paddleboard) she loves playing in the sand with her two boys, relaxing at the cottage or walking to the park to play.
